At Hans Nursery, we strive to provide high-quality plants and gardening products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Perishable items such as live plants are not eligible for returns unless damaged during transit.

2. Refund Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at hansnursery73@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Once approved, return the item to our provided address at your own expense.
• After inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
